SIZZLING SUMMER SERIES

Proudly presented by Logan City Cycling Club with support from Logan City Council and Champion System.

2024 marks the 24th edition of the famous Sizzling Summer Series criterium race hosted by Logan Cycling Club. All races at Wayne Goss Drive, Berrinba Qld
A fast 1.3km circuit with races across several grades.

The Sizzling Summer Series course is located at the Berrinba Wetlands on Wayne Goss Dr Browns Plains (see map). All access to the course is via the Magnesium Dr round-about exit off Browns Plains road.

Before your race, you will need to sign on at the registration office and collect your race number. This must be done at least 20 minutes before the start time of your race. Juniors must rollout 15 minutes before the start of their race, and again after their race if they place 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

Entry fees and dates:

Elite Men, Women and Masters Men $55 per round or $135 for series entry.
U/17 and U/15 $30 per round or $75 for series entry.
U/13, U/11, U/9 $17 per round or $35 for series entry.
Round 1 and series entries close midnight Sunday 18/2/24
Late entries close midnight Monday 19/2/24 with a $20 late fee.
Round 2 entries close midnight Sunday 3/3/24
Round 2 late entries close midnight Monday 4/3/24 with a $20 late fee.
Round 3 entries close midnight Sunday 17/3/24
Round 3 late entries close midnight Monday 18/3/24 with a $20 late fee.

Series Entry Information:

Series entries close midnight Sunday 18/2/24

Upon acceptance of your series entry, we automatically create an entry for you in all events.
A series entry means you intend to race all 3 events.
Please let the race organiser know if you cannot make it, by scratching form the event in question.
Note – no refunds offered if you scratch from an event entered on a series entry.

Additional Information:

Round 1 incorporates the Elite John Morris Memorial Logan City Criterium Championship Cup.
Round 2 incorporates the final round of the Queensland Criterium Series.
Leader’s jerseys for all grades Under 15 and above.
Riders receiving the leader’s jersey are obliged to wear it in next round. Failure to do so will result in an 8 point GC deduction.
All juniors U/17 and below will receive trophies or medals.
Prize money for all other grades.
JW U/17 to have separate race if sufficient entries, otherwise graded with Women.
All riders racing in team kit, must have this registered with AusCycling.
