Race day information:
Races with a points classification will have points on offer throughout the race. No points are on offer for the finish. Points will be 3 points for first, 2 points for second and 1 point for third. The SSC races will have a sprint every 7-8 minutes depending on the grade with a whistle from the race officials signifying a sprint lap. The rider with the most points at the end of the race will be the winner for the points classification. If two riders are on the same points, a countback will determine the results. Rules for a countback will be; between the two tied riders whoever has the most sprint wins will win the countback. If it's still a tie whoever got the most second places in a sprint and once again if it's still a tie, whoever got the most third places. If there is still a tie whoever placed the highest on the final prime (sprint) will be the winner. If the two riders didn't place at the final prime then it will be on the second last sprint point and once again if its a tie we will keep moving back until we find a winner.
Leaders jerseys will be awarded for all grades (excluding U9, U11, and U13).
All juniors (U9, U11, U13, U15, and U17) will receive trophies or in-kind prizes, prize money will be awarded for all other grades.
