Coffee Club ride, every Saturday Morning.
Meet for a 7am departure from Cafe Du Solo, 3360 Pacific Hwy, Springwood (near Denmac Mitsubishi)
There is also an earlier Saturday ride leaving from cafe solo at 5.30 am, either a 40 + km ride via Chandler, Carindale , Creek Road OR to Mt Gravatt and manage 2 or 3 reps up the lookout before returning to meet the coffee ride to meet the 7.00 am ride. All welcome but faster than coffee ride. Lights are needed this time of year.

No regular training held at this time of year due to the number of open races .
Usually 80km, with the route to vary between a Bay circuit and a Logan Village circuit.
